Local Industry

Throughout the centuries Calstone has hosted a number of different industries. Farming, of course, is the primary industry but surprising to some may be the fact that at one point Calstone had five water mills, whiting was produced here along with water cress. There was also a very famous racing stables. At one point wine was even produced, as well as consumed, here.
