A picnic planning meeting will take place on 18th May 2021 and 7:30. The details were circulated via email to the village distribution list. If you do not have them and wish to attend please send me a note to doug@calstone.org
If you are planning to attend the picnic please let me know by Tuesday’s meeting so that we can get a rough idea of numbers.
If there is time the meeting will also consider two other topics:
- A defibrillator for the village. Is one required, how will it be funded and where will it be located. Access Group funding may be available.
- White Gates at the entrance to the village as traffic calming measures.
